Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order.
A. All orders are shipped the day of, or the day after you place your order depending on the time of the day.

Q. Do you have a color chart.
A. Yes, but computer monitors don't show them correctly... if you would like a sample, just e-mail me.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: How easy is it to install the decals myself.
A: Very easy, detailed instructions are included with every order.

Q: How long will my decal last?
A: Your decal life will vary depending on environmental conditions. All vinyl sold is rated between 6-8 years outdoor use... however, decal life decreases in hotter climates, and when mounted on horizontal surfaces. If mounted indoors, you decal will probably much longer.

Q: What kind of vinyl do you use?
A: We use a variety of manufacturers. Most colored vinyl is manufactured by Oracal Vinyl. Specialty Vinyl (Chrome, Carbon Fiber) manufacturers vary.

Q. There isn't a spot for me to add a comment to my order.
A. You can add a comment or your custom text in the comment section of your payment, or just e-mail me.
